In the application indicate:

• Dates you would like to have class/classes
• Number of participants in a group
• Topics of master classes
• Start time of the master class on each date
• Briefly about your group
• Languages ​ your group can understand/speak
• Your name
• Your e-mail
• Your phone number
• Communication methods by phone – what messengers do you use

Indicate:

MINIMUM ORDER:

1 master class

RESERVATION:

After preliminary clarification with the project coordinator

Your dates, topics for workshops, costs,

And additional services and their cost,

You will need to book a master class by e-mail dancemanager@dancetravel.com

After we check all the details confirm date/time with our dance center and trainers,

we will send you a confirmation letter by email on the address you indicated.

 

PAYMENT RULES:

You should pay for the reservation within 48 hours after a reservation confirmation is sent to you. We close your date/time for other clients at this moment.

We accept payment:

VISA credit cards; MASTERCARD; AMEX

Payment systems: PAYPAL; STRIPE

Bank transfer to IBAN account

Payment by cryptocurrency is also possible.

Confirmation of payment is sent to the post office within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Your payment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail within 24 hours from the moment of payment receipt.

Official invoices (for tax/billing purposes) are available.

 

 

RESERVATION CANCELLETION:

You can cancel you reservation with a partial refund. If you notify us at least 50 calendar days before the date of master class, a fee of 25% of the reservation amount will be charged. You must confirm your cancellation in writing by e-mail dancemanager@dancetravel.com.

Please make sure to receive confirmation letter from our coordinator regarding your cancellation.

If the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days in advance, 50% of the reservation amount will be charged.

Less than 30 days cancellation – payment won’t not be refunded.

Transfer or cancellation of reservation by phone is not possible.

RESERVATION RESCHEDULE:

If for any reason you need to reschedule a master class booking, try to contact us as soon as possible by email dancemanager@dancetravel.com, since the possibility of rescheduling depends on other bookings of master classes and events in our Center and trainers workload.

We will do our best to reschedule the reservation at a convenient for you time, but we can’t guarantee that. It depends on the load of the Center and trainers. We apologize in advance in case the reservation can’t be rescheduled and you would like to cancel master-class. In this case, the cancellation policy applies (please see Reservation cancellation item).

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT RETURN AFTER CANCELLATION:

In case you send us cancellation letter in advance (see Reservation Cancellation item), we will ask you for details of your account to make a refund. After receiving the details, the refund will be made within 14 business days.

 

AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:

If payment for the reservation is not received within 48 hours, and you do not notify us of a delay in payment (see the Payment Rules), our manager will cancel your reservation and your date/time will be released in the schedule for other clients.

 

IF YOU ARE LATE:

In case you are late, payment for unused time is not refunded, since your time was closed from the sale.

 

ARRIVAL TIME TO THE DANCE CENTER:

You can arrive to Dance Center no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of your master-class.

 

MASTER-CLASS EXTENSION:

Please check with the administrator before starting your master class regarding possibility of extra lesson. If another master class is not booked after your lesson, we will be happy to extend your reservation. Better to check the possibility of extension your master class beforehand writing us e letter on e-mail dancemanager@dancetravel.com

FORGOTTEN STUFF:

The administration of the Dance Center is not responsible for stuff you forgot/left. Please do not forget your stuff.

We will do our best to return forgotten stuff to their owners!
