JULIA ZUEVA

Yulia Zueva is a professional trainer and dancer, winner of many ballroom dancing competitions, participant of international Argentine tango festivals. Since 2001 – a founder,  an inspirer and a leader of the Tangomaniya dance center.

From 2001 she organizes the International Festival of White Nights Tango in St. Petersbur . She has innovative approach to dance trainings. Julia provides lessons in tango, folk dance, the development of plastic and other styles of dance.

OLEG YUMATOV

He graduated from the Riga Choreographic School. This school is famous by world ballet stars such as – Maris Liepa, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Alexander Godunov, Evelina Godunova, Timofei Andriyashenko, Anna Laudere, Dace Radinya. Oleg is specializing in ballet dancer. Also he received a pedagogical education at the Latvian State University. He has over 30 years of training experience.

He used to work as a ballet dancer at the Latvian National Opera, toured performing classical ballet with various world ballet companies.

He provides trainings for choreography, folk dance, tango.

VERA ARBUZOVA*

1992-2008 – principal dancer of the Boris Eifman Ballet Company.

As a leading ballerina, Vera Arbuzova has twice received St Petersburg’s most prestigious theatre award the Golden Soffit – in 1997 for the role of the Ballerina in Eifman’s ballet Red Giselle and in 2003 for the role of Lynn in Eifman’s Who’s Who. In 2002, she was awarded with the title of Honored Artist of Russia and in 2005 she received the Spirit of Dance prize.

Since 2008 Vera Arbuzova has been a soloist with the Mikhailovsky Ballet Company. At the Mikhailovsky Theatre she has performed leading roles in the ballets Spartacus, Giselle, The Nutcracker, The Moor’s Pavane, Sonatas in Minor and Nunc Dimittis.

Since 2010 Vera Arbuzova works as a choreographer with many ballet companies.

Since 2016 she works as an actress, prima and choreographer of the Leningrad Center.

DIANA ARZUMANOVA

Diana is a ballerina of the Musical Comedy Theater.

She graduated from Tallinn Choreographic School. She also completed a two-year training course at the Leningrad Music Hall studio. She has a choreographer diploma of the Humanities University of Trade Unions. Diana provides trainings for choreography, stretching, folk dance.

LEONID KISSIL

Ballet soloist, Mikhailovsky Theater.

Graduate of the world famous Vaganova Ballet Academy of Russian Ballet. Leonid not only performed at the Mariinsky and Mikhailovsky theaters, but also traveled halfway around the world with tours.

He teaches a lot – both in Russia and abroad, at one time he led the ballet troupe at the Boris Eifman Theater.

Professional teacher of ballet and other areas of dance.

YULIA MAKHALINA *

Prima ballerina of the Mariinsky Theatre (Mariinsky ballet,  Soviet name the Kirov Ballet) of Russia. People’s Artist of Russia.

Yulia also is a teacher-tutor of the Mariinsky Theater and the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet.

Prima-ballerina Yulia Makhalina in the same time – conducting lessons, master classes and intensives for students of professional ballet schools and academies, for acting dancers and participants in ballet competitions in many countries.

Benois de la dance award, the Lumière Brothers’ Centre for Photography prize, Golden Sofit, St Petersburg’s most prestigious theatre prize and many others. Graduated from the famous Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
